Previous College: Marymount '00

Jon Reynolds enters his 13th season as the head coach of the Marymount men’s lacrosse program in 2018.

In one of the toughest leagues in the country, Reynolds has taken the Saints to two Capital Athletic Conference tournaments, in his third season (2008) and in 2012. Through his tenure thus far, he has racked up 63 victories with the Saints with his best year coming in 2014 when the squad went 9-8 including a five-game win streak to open the season.

In that season, he led the Saints to an ECAC postseason berth and a first-round upset over third-seeded Marywood University, 13-4. With that win, Reynolds became the winningest coach in program history.

Since taking the reins in 2006, Reynolds has steadily improved Marymount's winning percentage from season to season. The Saints' three CAC wins in 2007 are tied for the most in a season since 2001, while a 13-8 win over No. 18 Hampden-Sydney College in 2008 proves Reynolds' most notable victory to date. In 2012, Reynolds guided the Saints to their first CAC Tournament berth since 2008.

A four-year player for Marymount from 1997-00, Reynolds returned to his alma mater after five years as the head coach of nearby Yorktown High School. With the Patriots, he posted a .667 win percentage and made the regional playoffs each season. Reynolds was tabbed District and Regional Coach of the Year in 2002.

As a player for the Saints, Reynolds captained the 2000 squad that posted the program’s best record at 12-6, 4-2 in the CAC, and advanced to the semifinals of the CAC tournament. He spent the 2001 season as an assistant coach with Marymount where he helped guide the Saints to an 11-7 record, 4-2 in conference, and again advanced to a CAC semifinal game.
